This is the border between the United States and Mexico in Tijuana. Each cross signifies someone who died crossing the border. Think you don’t have something to be thankful for? Think again. Most of us here have what we have because we were born with it. And if we weren’t, we worked hard to get it- by seizing the opportunities given to us.

That’s what people don’t understand. Hard work ≠ Success. 

Opportunities + hard work = success. 

So if you are one of the lucky people to be given opportunities, don’t look down on others- unless you are helping them up.
